Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?
It's £12 per hour for the whole gym. That's one price for the entire private space — not per person — so it's great value whether you train solo or bring people with you.
Do I have to pay extra to bring guests?
No. The £12/hour price covers the whole space, so bringing guests costs nothing extra. You can bring up to 5 guests, and you must remain in the gym to supervise them for the whole session. You're responsible for making sure they read and agree to our terms and conditions (there are QR codes around the gym linking to them).
Can I bring my children to the gym?
Yes. Anyone under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in the gym, and that adult is fully responsible for their safety and conduct. Minors must not use equipment that's unsuitable for their age, size or ability.
How many people can use the gym at once?
You can bring up to 5 guests in addition to yourself. For personal trainers running group sessions, the maximum group size is 7 people excluding the trainer.
How does booking and access work?
Book and pay for your slot online. You'll receive a unique door code for your session — simply enter it at the door when you arrive. The gym is unmanned, so there's no waiting and the space is entirely yours for your booked time.
What are the opening hours?
The gym is available Monday to Sunday, 7:00AM–9:00PM. Live availability is shown in the online booking system.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 24 hours before your booking are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge, and no-shows or cancellations after the start time are not refunded.
What equipment is available?
A power rack (for squats, presses, dips and pull-ups), a lat pulldown/row cable machine, 20kg and 15kg Olympic bars, a heavy-duty bench, dumbbells from 2.5kg to 45kg, an exercise bike, a Concept 2 rower, a treadmill, ceiling fans, a full-length mirror, a 700W Bluetooth sound system and a stretch area.
Is the gym really private?
Yes. When you book, the whole gym is exclusively yours for your time slot — no other members, no sharing equipment and no waiting.
Can personal trainers use the gym with clients?
Yes. Trainers must hold appropriate insurance to cover training others in the studio, and any injuries arising from their instruction are the trainer's responsibility. Group sessions are welcome up to a maximum of 7 people excluding the trainer.
Can I bring my dog?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome under close supervision. CCTV is monitored, and if a dog fouls the gym a £50 cleaning fee applies; repeat offenders will lose access.
Is there CCTV?
Yes, the gym is monitored by CCTV for security and to keep the space clean and well looked after.
Do I need to clean up after my session?
Yes. Please wipe down equipment with the cleaning supplies provided, re-rack weights and return equipment to its place, and leave promptly at the end of your slot so the next booking can start on time.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear appropriate gym attire and footwear at all times. Bring water and a towel; everything else you need to train is provided.
